Terms and Conditions:

1. Care Responsibilities: I agree to provide proper care, food, water, shelter, and medical attention as needed to the foster animal(s) entrusted to me by FM468FN Animal Relocation Center. I understand that I am responsible for any costs associated with toys, food, or supplies for the foster animal(s), and I will reach out to FM468FN Animal Relocation Center if I need assistance with these items.
2. Assumption of Risk: I understand that fostering an animal may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or illness. I assume all risks associated with fostering the animal(s) and agree that FM468FN Animal Relocation Center shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, illnesses, or costs incurred as a result of fostering the animal(s).
3. Release and Waiver of Liability: In consideration for the opportunity to foster an animal from FM468FN Animal Relocation Center, I hereby release, waive, and discharge FM468FN Animal Relocation Center, its employees, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my foster care of the animal(s), including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or illness.
4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless FM468FN Animal Relocation Center, its employees, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to my foster care of the animal(s).
5. Medical Expenses: I understand that FM468FN Animal Relocation Center will not be responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred during the foster care period unless previously authorized by FM468FN Animal Relocation Center in writing.
6. Duration: This agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of my foster care of the animal(s) and until the animal(s) are returned to FM468FN Animal Relocation Center or otherwise adopted.
